About the Event
You are cordially invited to another young musicians concert on Feb the 5th at The Hope and Ruin.
Young guitarists (Jarrod Elks’s students) performances will be followed but the teacher himself, followed by Django Chutney, a manouche jazz trio from Brighton.
The aim of the concert is to provide an opportunity for students to perform live to a friendly audience as well as for families and friends to enjoy live music together.
Please come and support Brighton’s young (and oldish) generation of musicians!
Free entry (there is a donation option if you are so inclined).

DJANGO CHUTNEY
A manouche jazz trio from Brighton.
The band plays a mixture of classic swing, gypsy-jazz, blues and vintage R'n'B, with 3 piece harmony singing and exuberant guitar solos.

JARROD ELKS
Is an exceptional jazz guitarist and a fenomenal teacher.
He is as passionate about helping others to learn music as he is about playing it himself.
Over the years he brought up a generation of young guitarist. Please come and watch the disciples and the master in action.
